The Pixel Farm perpetual entitlements will be discontinued effective March 1st 2024.
This includes new permanent entitlements with perpetual maintenance, and perpetual maintenance upgrades for exisitng permanent entitlements.
Customers can continue to purchase perpetual prouducts and perpetual maintenance through February 29th. This is the last chance for your customers to take advantage of the perpetual maintenance offer. Entitlements with perpetual maintenance continue to receive maintenance benefits for the product’s lifetime.
Lapsed Maintenance Options
- Beginning March 1st, there will be a 20% lapsed maintenance cost for every year that the customer has chosen not to renew, up to a maximum of 3 years. Permanent entitlements that have not had active maintenance for more than 3 years (previously defined as legacy entitlements) will not be able to renew maintenance after March 31st.
Maintenance Amnesty Offer
** From March 1st – 31st, there will be a special offer all customers with existing permanent entitlements, regardless of age, to get back on board with annual maintenance for the below price.
Note: Existing permanent entitlements without maintenance can continue to run in the same state as when they were last maintained, on the last licensed workstation, for as long as that workstation continues to operate. Customers who only own legacy permanent entitlements and choose not to maintain their products will lose access to their accounts.

Our long-standing relationships with UPS FedEx DHL and other international carriers allows us to offer a range of shipping services. Our warehouse staff is highly trained and will be able to pack the items according to our exact and precise specifications. Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers each day across multiple countries. The fact that we're committed to becoming the biggest online retailer in the world is obvious. The warehouses and centers for distribution are located in Europe, as well as the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipment, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
