- Import and export Civil 3D catchments in InfoDrainage for Civil 3D – Create catchments by exporting to InfoDrainage from Civil 3D, including the outline and properties of the catchment and connection to structures to minimize model setup time in InfoDrainage.
- Annotations – Use annotations to speed communications and reduce the work needed to produce CAD drawings. You’ll have flexibility to set up specific information relevant to the project as well as prefixes and units as required for submission to regulatory authorities.
- Critical by Return Period – You can now sort results by Critical by Return Period to view the worst-case storm for each rainfall Return Period pairing (30 year, 100 year, 100 year plus 30% climate change). This lets you easily produce reports that comply with regulatory requirements.
- Import pipes and manholes from CAD files – Import connections and junctions from CAD files to reduce manual steps tracing existing data from .dwg and .dxf files. Available separately or combined when importing a pipe network, saving time in model setup.

Our warehouse staff is highly trained and will be able to pack the items according to our exact and precise specifications. Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. The warehouses and centers for distribution are located in Europe, as well as the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipment, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
